Dan + Shay posted an “impromptu piano version” of the title track of their latest full-length record. The award-winning duo shared a video of the stunning “Bigger Houses” rendition on Instagram, and wanted to know from their social media followers: “Should we record one for real?”

The duo — Dan Smyers and Shay Mooneyreleased their highly-anticipated fifth studio album, Bigger Houses, earlier this month. The 12-track project is on that Smyers and Mooney said they “truly believe this is our best work yet.” It arrived shortly after the duo revealed they nearly quit music after undergoing intense burnout and went months without speaking to one another. Ultimately, they opted to rebuild their relationship to a point they said is more sustainable than ever.
